What we collect

When you use the get quotes form we collect what you type: your postcode, name, phone number, and optionally your email, skip size, waste type and any notes. We also record which page you came from. That's it — browsing the directory itself needs no personal details.

What we do with it

We pass your details to skip hire providers who can serve your area — at mostthree firms per request — so they can call or email you with a quote. That is the entire purpose of the form and the legal basis for processing (performance of the service you requested). Before a provider commits to quoting, they only see your area (postcode district), skip size and waste type — never your name or contact details.

We never sell your details to marketing lists, and we don't send you marketing ourselves.

How long we keep it

Quote requests are deleted no later than 90 days after the request is completed or closed. Providers who received your details to quote you hold them under their own privacy policies.

Analytics & advertising

The site uses Google Analytics with Consent Mode (advertising signals denied) to count visits, and shows Google AdSense adverts. Neither is fed your quote-form details.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time — email privacy@123skiphire.com and we'll action it within 30 days. Skip hire firms listed in the directory can use the same address to update or remove their listing, or to stop receiving customer leads.
